**Responsibilities**:
Involve in one or more teams working in 12-hour shift in supporting and up keeping customer systems running smoothly through:

- Perform General Administration
- Perform Daily Operational Tasks
- Perform Scheduled Tasks
- Perform System Defects Management
- Perform Network Management Services
- Monitor System and Network Health Status using the Tivoli and Solarwinds
- Submit Daily Report
- Submit Incident Report
- Assist Customer on Exercise Support
- Assist Customer on System Audit

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a System Administrator or in related profession
- Proficient with system monitoring, system configuration, network system and system backup.
- Hands-on experience with hardware installation and deployment.
- Excellent knowledge of MSCE, Unix, Redhat, SQL, Cisco Networking, SAN Storage, VMware, Firewall, Tivoli and Solarwinds is advantageous
