
Revenue Management Manager

Lead a team of skilled finance/operations professionals to ensure effective and efficient Cash-to-Order and Incentives operations in the SEA region.
- Develop client-focused, best-in-class billing and collections systems. This role is expected to resolve invoicing and collection issues as they arise or get escalated by
Sales teams/team members.
- Develop and drive programs to improve overdue ratio, identify accounts with unusual payment patterns, raise alarm/communicate issues and implement solutions to bring them in order.
- Monitor and collect accounts receivables. Report non-compliant accounts to the Sales Leadership.
- Oversee and streamline collections processes. Ability to communicate with Sales leadership for bottleneck identification and solutions.
- Develop and operationalize sales compensation plans across sales teams
- Develop and operationalize clients’ incentive plans with our agency partners and key clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - both locally and globally - to drive operational efficiency and improved controls through process improvement, optimization, and automation.
- Launch and drive adoption, incl. change management, for new dashboards or enhancements to existing dashboards & analytic tools
- Stakeholder communication and engagement, including trainings, on all revenue management-related programs.
- Maintain established Standard Operating Procedures to ensure it is continually up-to-date and relevant.
- At least 6 Years of experience in a fast-paced company with knowledge of/experience in Media/Media Operations, Digital Advertising, Business Intelligence, Revenue Strategy/Operations, or related fields.
- BA/BS in Accounting, Business Administration, Analytics or related field
- Proven experience in a fast-paced technology company with knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and/or KPIs for mobile ads is preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience with a large customer base and high transaction volume.
- Ability to translate and analyze data into reports.
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
- Highly self-motivated, independent, proactive, agile, and determined to drive assigned targets and projects with perseverance and passion.
- Experience managing large cross-functional projects including identifying, assessing, and controlling risks on the revenue and payment operations side.
- Strong mindset, relevant knowledge and experience in process improvements.
