**Job Description**:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day to day data center operation including shift duty management, customer relationship management, resource management, ISO & other certificate support, implementation of expansion project.
- Manage/execute Data Centre’s expansion, modification, maintenance or new customer move-in projects.
- Manage rack and cable resource and propose expansion plan when the resource is about to short.
- Preparation of rack procurement, structure cable, cross-connect or other NOC related contract & tender document.
- Supervise and liaise with external vendors in respect of regular communications and ad-hoc work, and respond to issues that arise.
- Manages specifications, problems/issues, performance and administration.
- Prepare Management report, Power point presentation, SOP/EOP, Critical activities planning such as, Emergency / Disaster Recovery plans / Business Continuity Plans, Data Centre customers’ report.
- As an incident manager to manage all incidents and prepare incident reports.
- Engages with internal stakeholders to gain feedback on customers’ enquiry.
- Propose Improvement Plan to Client and execution of approved Plan.
- Intervenes, analyzes, manages and resolves business conflicts between the company and the vendors / suppliers.
- Implementing procedures of safety system and performance measurement like scorecard to ensure quality and reliability of services meeting client’s requirements.
- Provide superior customer service to client’s through all data center operation functions.
- Routinely inspect all areas to ensure performance measures are being maintained and proactively self-reporting the problems of data center.
- Able to track and update on the financial budget.
**Requirements**:

Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in which 3 years in Data Centre operation / Telecommunications industry and currently in supervisory level.
- Familiar with NOC resource management, such as rack space, cable management.
- Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands
- Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems including MS Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
- Demonstrated experience in client reporting and preparation of reports required.
- Good command of both written and spoken English. Good command of Chinese/Mandarin will be added advantage.
- Provide 7 x 24 Emergency service.
