**Hello, we are Hatch, a social enterprise with the mission to make digital and design opportunities accessible to all.
We have two arms of our business - Hatch Academy, which runs skills and employability programs in Digital Marketing and User Interface, User Experience Design for learners from all walks of life, and Hatch Mediahouse, which provides trusted digital consultancy and design services to help organisations navigate their digitalisation journey.

Running both arms in tandem has helped us to tap on powerful synergies between learning and co-creating. Learners go through our programs being fully immersed in the intricacies of the industry, while companies gain access to up-to-date and cost-effective digital solutions.

The collective capabilities have also helped us design and lead key social innovation partnerships at the heart of all we do. They include our flagship train-and-place program for out-of-school and at-risk youths who are interested in entering the digital industry. In the past year, we have also embarked on projects in upstream aspiration building, digital taster programs, and narrative shifting campaigns.

As a young and expanding social business, we focus on understanding systemic barriers and inequalities, identifying opportunities for impact, and building the right partnerships and ecosystems to make things happen. In essence, to create a real difference in a fresh and sustainable manner.

**Social Innovation Partnerships and Programs Manager
We are looking for an individual to support the management and development of our social innovation projects. The greatest appeal of the role is probably in the opportunity to dive into novel and unique work at the intersection of digital opportunities and social impact, with projects conceptualised at the systems level being translated into making a real difference. Individuals with a heart for impact who are strong communicators and stakeholder managers will excel in this role.

You will be working directly with the founders in all (or a majority) of the following job scopes:

- Support in the effective delivery of projects by building a strong rapport with learners on the ground, helping to coordinate and bring in additional external and internal resources where relevant
- Communicate and manage stakeholders through the stages of exploration, design, prototyping, execution, and evaluation, with the goal of building clarity and deepening relationships
- Evaluate the impact and financial feasibility of new and follow-on opportunities, playing a key role in creating and sustaining impactful initiatives

**Requirements
We are looking for someone with sufficient experience to understand both the complexities and success factors in social innovation work. This is a full-time position with an annual review, which would appeal to individuals who see intrinsic meaning in the work that we do, and would like to develop and grow alongside our company and team.
