**Overall Job Objectives**

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Digital Marketing Assistant Manager or Senior Executive to join our Marketing & Communications Team. You will be responsible for implementing digital marketing activities and supporting wider marketing activations for UCARS and partners.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Be the Subject Matter Expert and owner for all day-to-day execution of owned digital channels (website, social and online marketing).
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and relevant business units to drive campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
- Provide recommendations to increase online presence derived from social media and content insights / trends.
- Work with external agencies to optimise organic and paid digital marketing activities and build monthly digital performance and post-campaign reports.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in digital and marketing trends.

**Job Specifications**
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in digital marketing, website management and social media marketing.
- Hands-on experience with web content management systems, HTML, SEO, CRM and online marketing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, managing social media channels, paid advertising platforms (Google Ads/SEM, Facebook, Instagram).
- Hands-on experience in tag management/implementation, with experience of creating audience segments, campaign optimization and evaluation.
- Strong communication and written skills with experience working in a cross-functional environment within a fast-paced environment.
- Have an analytical and problem-solving mindset to propose sound recommendations to the company.
- Experience with ad banner operations (Google Ad Manager) is a plus.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and knowledge in CSS is a plus.

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
