In addition, it runs a chain of dental clinics, and a family medicine clinic
As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to assist and support in HR related functions of the assigned business division.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the shared services centre to ensure deliverables and service levels are met.
- Provide end to end administrative support to employee life cycle activities such as on-boarding, employment contract and work pass renewal, license registration, benefits administrations and off-boarding processes.
- Manage and Maintain accurate HR records in employee files and HR System to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal guidelines and policies.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and other related assignments, assist in annual HR activities where required. e.g. performance appraisal exercises, salary and bonus reviews.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business related qualification
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferably in HR shared services environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Take initiative to propose solution on work issues
- Able to manage high volumes, work under tight timelines and respond positively to changing priorities
- Experience in SuccessFactors system is an added advantage
