The Manpower Department is the staff authority for key manpower-related issues within SPF. The mission of the Manpower Department is to recruit, retain and develop the right people, as well as provide an appropriate exit system for our officers.
As an Assistant Executive (Marketing & Publicity) in the Manpower Department, you will be part of a highly skilled team in attracting talents to ensure a pipeline of future officers for the SPF.
You will be placed under the Management Executive Scheme.
**What you will be working on**
- You will assist the Manager (Marketing & Publicity) and Assistant Director (Talent Attraction Division) in attracting and inspiring our target audience to take up a career with the SPF. You will also:
- Assist to liaise with various stakeholders for recruitment matters
- Assist to organise and manage various Career Outreach events/Career Fairs and Talks
- Design creatives for various recruitment matters
- Assist in campaigns by liaising with stakeholders and on-site facilitation of the photo/video shoot
- Assist in managing SPF Recruitment’s social media platforms
- Be involved in Talent Attraction Division's activities as a career adviser, and assist in planning of outreach initiatives for general recruitment and any requests by Assistant Director (Talent Attraction) and Manager (Marketing & Publicity)
**What we are looking for**
- REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant qualifications with relevant work experience;
- Past marketing experience in Public Service would be an added advantage;
- Good communication and written skills;
- Results-driven, as well as meticulous with a keen eye for detail;
- Good time management and able to meet tight deadlines;
- Comfortable working in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment;
- Able to work independently and at the same time, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills; and
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Work and PowerPoint)
- Technical proficiency in relevant fields (e.g. experience with creative design software, social media platforms etc.)
