**Job description**:
**Job Responsibility**:
Complete the following works in the field of deep-sea resource development:

- Responsible for the overall program demonstration, program design and optimization of deep-sea equipment (such as deep-sea mining vehicles, underwater robot and other deep-sea equipment);
- Responsible for the organize and coordinate of basic design and detailed design of key technologies related to deep-sea equipment;
- Cooperate with the project manager to demonstrate, communicate and implement technical solutions in the R&D process, and organize risk assessment;
- Tracking and coordinating the production, commissioning and sea trials of deep-sea equipment;
- The overall design of the deep-sea resources exploitation system;
- Complete other work assigned by leaders.

Job Qualification:

- Education requirement: Doctor degree or above, with outstanding work experience and background preferred.
- Major requirements: Marine and ocean engineering, mechatronics, robotics, structural engineering, Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, control engineering, information engineering, automation and other related professional background;
- Professional Skills: Project experience in the overall scheme design of deep-sea equipment (such as deep-sea mining vehicle, underwater robot and other deep-sea equipment), with solid project experience in the design, construction, installation and commissioning of deep-sea equipment;
- Familiar with the scheme design, evaluation, scheme demonstration and implementation of deep-sea equipment
- Familiar with underwater equipment layout, recovery, communication and navigation, deep-sea operation, proceed system, etc.
- Proficiency in office automation software;
- A stronger comprehensive ability, such as technical problem solving ability, research and learning ability, scientific research ability, etc.
- Have good communication skills and a high sense of responsibility;
Work Experience:

- Design experience in Underwater robot, deep-sea equipment, etc

Experience in underwater robot and underwater equipment related technology, familiar with ocean engineering and design specifications is preferred
- Experience in scientific research projects is preferred;
- 10 years or more experience in equivalent position.
- Experience in project management and execution in related fields.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Monday to Friday
