Customer Service Coordinator (Transport/ Logistic)

Working Hours: 8.30 am - 6.00pm (Mon to Fri)

Location: Boonlay

**Salary**: $2500 -$3000

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Receive and process job orders, preparing all necessary documentation accurately in accordance with customer specifications.
- Update and maintain all relevant information in the SAP system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Address and resolve customer queries promptly by coordinating with operations teams or escalating issues to immediate superiors for assistance.
- Oversee the export process including warehouse activities, carrier bookings, dangerous goods packing, fumigation, and documentation.
- Manage import procedures including terminal clearance, warehouse receiving, and coordinating delivery arrangements for vessel consolidation.
- Liaise effectively with various stakeholders including inter-departments, customers, warehouses, carriers, transporters, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure timely completion and accuracy of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, providing updates to the Department Head as required.
- Assist in preparing quotations when assigned, contributing to the sales and pricing process alongside regular duties such as data entry, job creation, billing, and general administrative tasks..

**Requirements**:

- Applicants should hold at least a GCE 'O' Level qualification and possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in logistics, warehousing, and customer service.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, along with demonstrated problem-solving ability, are essential for this role.
