**Role Overview**:

- This role will involve managing reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and providing exceptional customer service.
- **No sales work is involved**.
- This opportunity is perfect for those who are interested in working in the hotel industry.

**Job Requirements**:

- Min GCE 'O' Levels & above or possess relevant qualifications.
- Must be able to perform shifts & able to work on weekends/Public Holidays.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Open-minded and eager to learn.
- Strong time management skills.
- Possesses excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Prior experience in a hotel environment is advantageous but optional.
