**What the role is**
- As an officer in the Economic Programmes Directorate in MOF, you can expect a fulfilling career in a diverse and highly challenging range of portfolios, with ample opportunities to work with our public sector leaders to address complex issues.

**What you will be working on**
- You will be part of a team with wide-ranging roles and responsibilities including: - Shape and fund national priorities around economic revival and transformation, including Future Economy Council strategies, Emerging Stronger Taskforce's measures, Research Innovation and Enterprise initiatives, Jobs and Skills, climate change mitigation /carbon pricing. In doing so, work closely with/ bring together a range of agencies such as MTI, MOM, MOE, EDB, ESG, JTC, STB, EMA, A*STAR, SSG, WSG, NRF, NCCS, and selected industry partners to advance, evaluate, prioritise and fund policy measures that enable economic growth and restructuring. - Shape and manage equity financing and project financing measures to support Singapore-based companies to scale-up - Drive value-for-money policy and financing approaches.

**What we are looking for**
- A background in finance, economics and/or accounting will be a strong advantage - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills - Ability to influence and network with different stakeholders - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Self-starter with the ability to independently drive work pieces involving multiple stakeholders and complex, cross-cutting policy issues - Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and handle multiple, diverse work pieces concurrently - Integrity and strong sense of national interest
