**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support Relationship Managers in managing a portfolio of FI clients—including banks, NBFIs, central banks, and sovereign wealth funds across Singapore and the region.
- Assist with client onboarding, including KYC/AML due diligence, periodic reviews, and documentation checks in line with internal and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate documentation and execution of facilities, treasury, and other banking products.
- Liaise with internal teams (credit, compliance, legal, and operations) to ensure seamless client support and transaction execution.
- Monitor client activity and market trends to identify potential risks and business opportunities.
- Prepare pitch materials, proposals, and presentations to support relationship development and cross-selling.
- Manage internal records, maintain client data, and ensure timely follow-ups on client needs and requests.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in banking or financial services, ideally in FI coverage, relationship support, or credit/KYC roles.
- Familiarity with KYC/AML processes and documentation for financial institutions is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and clients).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive team player who can work independently and collaborate across departments.
