**The Role**:

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Follow-up on orders from sampling, production to shipment
- Prepare jobs for production & ensure timely deliveries to clients
- Help with pricing and negotiations with suppliers
- Coordinate day to day operations
- Coordinate on product development and sourcing with factories
- Assist clients with design files
- Customer service and operational guidance

**About The Company**:
We are a young company focusing on custom safety wearables supply chain platform for regional companies. We source and produce workwear for specific industries, the medical scrubs that nurses wear, lab coats for researchers, overalls for engineering, protective equipment for manufacturing and e.t.c.

Our dream is to match the right clients to the right factories so that production can be local, reducing our need to move products around the world and helping local businesses

**The Action**:
**MF plays a support role in day-to-day operational supplies for our clients. Safety wear that you see manufacturing teams wear, medical scrubs that protects medical staff, & accompanying services to support our client's operations**

**Requirements**:

- Language - The ability to fluently speak, read and write in English & Chinese
- Project management skills
- Decision making experience
- Photoshop/Illustrator skills
- Prior experience with apparel production/printing/têxtiles is a bonus
- Excel & word
- A can-do positive attitude
- Kickass energy levels and determination
- Independent & a problem-solver
- Responsible + team player
