
Personal Assistant to Senior Management Staff

**What the role is**
- To job holder is to provide secretarial and other administrative support services to Senior Management staff in MOF, to allow their offices to function efficiently.
**What you will be working on**
- Some of the work duties are:
- Managing of calendars and scheduling of meetings and events for multiple Directors
- Manage Principals' petty cash such as transport, travel claims etc and travel arrangements
- Perform other administrative/ logístical support duties as required
**What we are looking for**
- Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC or GCE 'A' certificate
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience as PA or Secretary to Senior Management Staff in Public/ Civil Service agencies
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Tactful and should exercise discretion in day to day interaction with Senior Management staff
