- Assist and support Director in daily business and personal administrative function
- Manage Director’s home facilities e.g. arranging repairs, maintenances, etc
- Supervise and manage team of staff located at family home (helpers, chef, drivers)
- Accompanying the Director in day-to-day activities
- Plan, coordinates and support personal events and activities
- Manage visa, travel & accommodation arrangements for the Director and family
- Travel with Director on overseas trips
- Act as translator when needed
- Perform Ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by Director
