**E-Commerce Development**
- Define the E-Commerce planning strategy by defining the right mix between carry forward and new seasonal item according to the commercial calendars of each platform;
- Define the E-Commerce buying strategy and allocation among platform to maximize the sales opportunity and S.T. ;
- Create, manage and deliver data-driven merchandising strategies to increase overall product discovery by creating customer-centric merchandising decisions;
- Monitor stock and sale movements and consider boosting or burying out of stock inventory or poorly selling items;
- Support day-to-day enablers partner with training and merchandising updates;
- Supervise marketing investment outside platform with the goal to generate the traffic and brand awareness and inside platform to assure the performance achievement.
**Business Review & Operations for DOS and Partners**
- To be responsible for review sales and profitability for all the business channels;
- Product performance tracking and reporting of merchandising initiatives;
- Implement action plans and ensure stores are following the brand guidelines;
- Sharing VM & Training guideline according with global guidelines;
- Support the delivery of strategic Brand plans and integration for openings;
**Expert Stakeholder/Partnership**
- Liaisons with Pinko regional office and local eCommerce enablers, keep relationship with ecommerce platform;
- Work hand-in-hand with various stakeholders to develop and execute strategic action plans, and supporting marketing with go-to-market launches and initiatives;
- Develop and implement tactics to improve the performance of the online channel and participate in projects and initiatives to further enhance the online shopping experience;
- Sharing and communicate ecommerce strategy, findings and analysis concisely to partners and transfer between channels if needs to drive reactive action and valuable insight, inclusive of in style reviews.
