Founded in 2012, Renew Group is an international multi-industrial conglomerate involved in the R&D, manufacture and distribution of industrial products primarily related to Water filtration, smart connected devices for Water and Energy conservation and medical devices to improve health.

**Designation**:Staff Software Engineer
**Job Purpose**:
Develop Full Stack Web Applications for our medical devices, and be part of the team in the designing, engineering, and development of our pipeline of medical devices.

Applicant should be an experienced, creative and passionate web developer who wants to make a significant contribution to the healthcare & water sector.

**Job Duties**:

- Own and lead UI development across Renew Group’s software products.
- Carry out requirement gathering, design, implementation, integration, testing, verification, user acceptance and maintenance of Renew Group’s software products.
- Continual improvement of software management process.
- Troubleshooting, document, upgrade and develop maintenance procedures.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior for Renew’s medical, wellness or water device products.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering/Computer Science or related discipline.
- 8 -10 years’ relevant working experience in software development.

**Skills**:

- At least 2-year experience in Node.js Framework, e.g. express, meteor or UI framework, e.g. react, angular, vue or others, e.g. Kotlin.
- Must have completed at least 2 full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Being proficient with UX design tools, I.e.Figma or adobe xd.
- Bonus for being proficient with UX photo tools, i.e. adobe photoshop and illustrator.
- Must have experience in front end caching and scaling.
- Bonus for prior experience in front end micro services.
- Have prior experience in Software Testing (unit-testing, performance testing, Cypress Test).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build excellent personal relationships at all levels; both internal and external.
- Mentor junior developers.
- Good to have for prior experience with docker and Kubernetes.
- Prior experience with AWS technologies is added advantage.
- Self-motivated, independent, analytical, with strong presentation skills.
- Meticulous with strong analytical skills and systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Good Team-player.
- Positive ‘Can-Do’ attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
