**Job Opportunity: Real Estate Personal Assistant (Full-Time/Part-Time)**

**Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about real estate? Join our team as a Real Estate Personal AssistantS and grow with us in a dynamic and rewarding industry**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support real estate activities with administrative and operational tasks.
- Communicate effectively with Chinese and dialect-speaking clients, ensuring exceptional service.
- Assist with telemarketing and client engagement.
- Prepare and maintain accurate data using **Microsoft Excel**and other tools.
- Edit and enhance pictures for marketing purposes.
- Perform general office duties to streamline operations.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is highly advantageous.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**, strong computer literacy, and basic photo editing skills.
- **Language**: Ability to communicate in Chinese and/or local dialects is essential.
- **Availability**: Working hours are from **9:00 AM to 5:00 PM**.
