We are seeking a detail-oriented **SAP Data Entry Specialist **to join our team. If you have strong data entry skills and a keen eye for accuracy, we want to hear from you

**About the Job**

The primary purpose of the SAP Data Entry Specialist is to create and maintain SAP Master Data and other ERP data as required to support business operations in APAC. Data Entry responsibilities include collecting configuring and entering data in SAP and Salesforce databases and maintaining accurate records of customer, vendor, material, accounting and technical information.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the Salesforce & Sharepoint ticketing system and action requests for data update (material, customer account, vendor, pricing and equipment records)
- Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits and closing out open Master Data request tickets
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for manual entry or automated upload
- Research and obtain further information from requestors for incomplete documents
- Checking output complies with SAP and requestor requirements
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
- Maintain confidential customer and product information
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files when needed to support Sales and Customer Operations staff
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Provide backup and assist team members with order processing and data management

**Key Skills / Core Competencies**
- Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office administrator
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- SAP and Salesforce experience highly desirable
- Attention to detail and meticulous with excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Process orientation - systems proficiency & competence with integrated ERP systems
- Advanced time management and job scheduling skills

- Demonstrated ability to manage time and workload
- Demonstrated organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and confidentiality

**Experience**
- 2 - 5 years of professional experience, track record in administrative roles required
- Data entry experience
- Experience partnering with commercial teams to drive results
- Experience using SAP and Salesforce for sales and operations business processes
