**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and promote improvement/risk management strategies to ensure a high standard and seamless provision of quality service, productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Review, critically analyse, adapt and improve the implementation of a clinical practice guidelines/ care bundles/ best practices in NHG setting.
- Develop and adapt quality frameworks, such as quality and safety framework, spread and scale, etc to strength and adance the culture in quality improvement.
- To establish secretariat functions/ project management activities and drive towards meeting the desired outcomes
- Co-lead the development of cluster-level quality database by identification, integration and analysis of data or indicators that will impact quality and safety outcomes of the care system
- Provide required analytic and visualization to support strategic decision-making for Leadership
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare setting and in a supervisory position would be an advantage.
- Experience in clinical standards and clinical quality
- Demonstrate good knowledge and skills in quality and process improvement approaches.
