Platforms & Data Services are a key strength and differentiator for Citi TTS and a key driver of our client experience. Over the years, Citi has been leading innovation in transaction banking space by developing best-in-class digital capabilities for our clients across both traditional and new age industry segments. Asia Head of Platforms is responsible for the creation and successful execution and implementation of regional digital strategies and related initiatives, in partnership with Global Platform & Data team, to improve client experience and support TTS business growth. This position heads the Asia Platforms team to deliver across 16 markets in APAC.
The above is expected to be executed in partnership with TTS Sales, Technology and Product partners, along with ICG Business partners.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Lead the product strategy for our complete suite of Online banking channels in line with the global strategic roadmap with a transformational change plan to provide a best-in-class client experience across TTS products.
- Lead and manage the process for evaluating and optimizing digital banking delivery and effectiveness, supporting multiple client segments including large and mid-size Corporates, New Digital Native clients, Public sector clients, Commercial Banking clients and Financial Institutions.
- Develop deep product expertise to support a rapidly changing business environment for Citi and its clients.
- Define the success measures and key results with country, regional and global stakeholders.
- Drive the transformation agenda for Client portals through both proprietary development and strategic partner‐ships/alliances.
- Drive and own the Digital Channels priorities for Asia, through a deep understanding of client and market requirements along with building and implementing a pricing framework for Platforms and Data for the region and drive annuity fee revenue growth.
- Collaborate with different product groups and functions across TTS / Citi to define requirements and agree delivery schedules of new capabilities.
- Product owner and leader for Technology and Operations partners to transform the way we work and build an inclusive and collaborative culture.
- Define and communicate the strategic roadmap and value proposition clearly with clients, our sales teams and partners on an ongoing basis.
- Drive Product commercialization by working with Sales and Relationship teams to drive strong client adoption of existing and new capabilities
- Ensure seamless client on‐boarding, transaction execution and servicing experience.
- Gather market and client feedback and continue to enhance proposition on an ongoing basis.
- Analyze and anticipate future regulatory requirements in APAC region based on developments in other regions as well as roadmap laid out by local regulators in the region.
- Drive a cross-TTS collaboration in partnership with global team. Ensure consistent design standards across TTS / ICG as well as a simple to use UX experience to ensure wide scale adoption.
- Ensure a simple and easy to use client experience across a set of journeys that are consistent across TTS
- Ensure digital security for both clients and the bank are built into all channels and evolve to remain cutting edge
- Deliver market share goals, drive industry recognition and awards
**People Management / Risk and Controls**
- Create a high performing team; Establish and maintain optimal organizational structure
- Establish a dynamic communication process between the region team and country/cluster/global teams as well as with partners (including Operations, Technology, TTS Sales, Finance, Legal, Compliance, AML/Sanctions and others)
- Drive ethical behavior and manage Conduct Risk in line with Citi and IGC standards
- Collaborate with all Risk & Control functions and other stakeholders as needed in order to maintain a pristine risk and control environment
- Proactively provide leadership and ownership for any programs and initiatives to enhance governance, controls and risk management practices of TTS / Channels

**Skills and Competencies**
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in transaction banking or in any digital business
