We are seeking a highly organized and experienced **Manager, People Programs APAC** to join our dynamic People team. This role is instrumental in optimizing the employee experience across the APAC region by driving programs that foster a thriving company culture. You will be a champion for our employees, focusing on initiatives related to wellbeing, recognition, DEI, and creating a strong sense of belonging.

This role will directly contribute to regional growth in APAC, aligning with our global strategy of innovation and excellence. **RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE**

- ** Driving impactful People Programs**:
- Collaborate with the APAC People leadership team to identify gaps in employee engagement & implement innovative people programs to address the gaps & enhance the overall employee experience, with key focus on wellbeing, recognition and DEI.
- Implement initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, addressing areas such as talent acquisition, retention, development, and advancement of underrepresented talent
- Adopt a programmatic approach to roll out of key programs and identifying intersectionality where possible. This programs for People
- Partner with the Client People teams to build create differentiated talent & capabilities showcase for our clients
- ** Building strategic partnerships**:
- Partner with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) across GroupM and WPP to support their activities and amplify their impact and deliver on the APAC commitments
- Work closely with global, regional, and market People teams, as well as other stakeholders (e.g., Marketing), to ensure smooth program execution and alignment
- ** Measuring & optimising for success**:
- Analyse the effectiveness of implemented programs through data analysis of listening surveys, feedback mechanisms, and other relevant metrics.
- Utilize data insights to continuously improve program effectiveness and impact.

**Desired Skills and Experiences**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in a Human Resources role, with a focus on employee engagement and program management.
- Experience designing and implementing successful people programs within a multinational organization, ideally within the APAC region.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle stages and best practices for engagement at each stage.
- Passion for fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficient in using HR systems and other relevant technology platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness, with experience working in a diverse and multicultural environment.
