About You
At Otis, we strive to offer service excellence. As a member of our sales team, you will help us execute this vision by serving as a primary customer contact, guiding customer success, and improving their experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers- Develop sales strategy to achieve T sales targets including launching T upgrade packages- Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results- Conduct sales negotiations and close deals- Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues
Requirement- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant Engineering disciplines- Ability to communicate with customers with good expertise and negotiation skills to understand customer needs, influence or guide customer decision- Highly self-motivated individuals and a team player with go-getter attitude who has the ability to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities- Target focused, able to work in fast, dynamic and multicultural environment
