Job Overview

Key Responsibilities- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their current systems and identify modernization opportunities- Solution Development: Develop and present innovative modernization solutions that meet client needs and drive value- Sales Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring long-term partnerships- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements- Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with client expectations- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, utilizing data to refine strategies and improve results

Requirement- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the industry- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Engineering or a related field- Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth- Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Customer Focused: Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions that add value
