**Roles & Responsibilities**

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales & Service Quality Consultant to support the company’s growth strategy. The role and responsibilities of the successful applicant will include, but not limited to, the following:
1) Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a strong working relationship with customers.

2) Conduct research to identify new market and customers’ needs, and following up with new business opportunities, converting them into business opportunities.

3) Manage the sales process from cold-calling, to prepare sales quotation, make presentation to clinche the deal, follow up with contracts and re-contract etc.

4) Work with Ops and HR to ensure business clinched are delivered successfully

5) Collaborate with Ops & HR to continuously improve service provision and processes and ensure customer satisfaction

6) Arrange and attend business briefings/meetings with prospective or existing clients

7) Prepare and present regular reports to management on business development.

8) Create a strong company branding through good customer reviews and service culture

9) Maintain a positive attitude that inspires co-workers and clients to grow the business

10) Build goodwill with new and existing customers through initiatives such as year-end corporate gifts and participate in CSR projects.

11) Introduce innovative ways to engage customers and improve customer engagement.

12) Support projects that will build company branding in the industry

Acestes Pte Ltd was set up in 2014 to provide a one-stop shop for Security and Investigation Services, licensed by the Police Licencing Regulatory Department of the Singapore Police Force.

In Aug 2019, we officially became a member of raiSE Family of Social Enterprises in recognition of the social impact our company made on the community and society.

Our customers range from MCST of condominiums and commercial buildings, to big event organizers like SGP Formula One Race. Our core mission is to provide opportunities for Singaporeans to regain their self-respect and a better livelihood for themselves and their families through stable jobs.
