**WHAT WILL YOU DO**

**Learning Partner & Program Management**
- Partners stakeholders to co-create learning solutions aligned to business needs
- Curate learning experiences and pathways to scale competencies
- Manages and facilitates programs (i.e New Joiner Induction, Graduate Program learning)
- Mine learning data points to bring to front learning patterns and behaviours and support the business objectives
- Provide timely reports and analytics to stakeholders and drive learning strategies and investments
- Design learning strategy to enhance learning experience by engaging in interactive e-learning, gamification platforms, videos, or other media
- Oversees and project management new learning content
- Partner with stakeholders to curate and drive adoption of digital learning platforms though campaigns, activities, or structured learning roadmaps
- Manage and maintain digital learning platforms

**Projects/Needs-driven partnerships**
- Own and deliver needs driven projects that arise in support of business priorities
- Act as a key linkage to organizational partnership (i.e. OCLA) to deliver group-wide L&D related projects
