The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for turning business insights into action that support revenue goal. This role will work closely with business stakeholders in Ecommerce, Marketing, Inventory, CRM, Operations & Business Development team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Business requirement gathering & design visualization using Qlik
- Collect and translate data into actionable insights from a holistic perspective and identify the opportunities for optimization
- Understand and document the business need and ensure in the context of building BI solutions.
- Build visualizations that tell a compelling story, KPI and turn data into actionable insights
- Perform data analysis to identify root cause & trends to support business decision making
- Understand the current state BI landscape and empowering users with data self-service reporting
- Manage and analyse reports for all ecommerce & marketing channels and drive platform-specific insights to grow the business

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in IT computer science/engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or any other relevant degrees
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of BI hands-on experience is preferred
- Proficiency in using Qlikview, Qliksense, Nprinting, Qlik SaaS, MS SQL, Google Analytics, Salesforce is a plus
- Strong in excel, PowerPoint, VBA, Python, R Programming
