**Open Position: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst**

**Location**:Singapore or Malaysia

**Type**:Full-time

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Dive deep into large data sets of care-related information to understand trends, and build actionable, insightful dashboards and data models that informs and drive business operations and strategy
- Ideate and create reports and analysis for management on the quality of care, business performance and outcomes, and identify areas of opportunities for improvement
- Work with product, operations, marketing and sales to champion and support data driven decisions in solving our biggest problems on supply and demand as our team's data expert
- Perform strategic research with first and third party sources to help shape our product development

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- At least 4 years of work experience in business / data analytics or relevant field
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel), statistical analysis, and data visualisation tools including Tableau (or Power BI but with the willingness to pick up Tableau)
- Expertise with SQL and working with large datasets
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and handle multiple projects, acting both independently and as part of a team
- Meticulous detail-oriented and able to distill large amounts of data into a meaningful story
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
