**Your role**
- Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Do you have a keen understanding of the various activities in a client’s lifecycle? Are you passionate about driving process simplification & automation?
- We’re looking for someone like that to:
- Perform processing activities which includes documents review and account updates
- Ensure adherence to regulations, guidelines, standards and UBS policies
- Maintain in-depth awareness of potential legislative and UBS policy breaches and act to proactively prevent their occurrence
- Further develop core processes to automate and improve efficiency
- Offer sound advice by communicating effectively with our partners across the client lifecycle
- Demonstrate sensitivity and keen understanding of data confidentiality and client privacy
- Engage in project(s) related to systems change, process improvement, cross-border initiatives and new regulatory changes
**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Client Lifecycle Management team covering APAC region. We are responsible for client lifecycle activities in our Singapore and Hong Kong wealth management businesses.
- By working closely with our partners across the organization, we ensure we fully support our Wealth Management business which manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients.
**Your expertise**
- University degree, preferably in banking or finance related discipline
- More than 5 years of experience in bank operational roles, preferably wealth management related
- Keen understanding of client lifecycle processes which includes documentations and static changes
- Good client service mindset with excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Strong risk and control mindset with a structured and logical approach to analysis and problem-solving
- a self-starter who can work well with mínimal supervision
- methodical, concise and accurate, with strong attention to detail
- a good communicator who is comfortable in facing multiple stakeholders
- an effective team player, with professional and positive attitude
- able to work under pressure to strict deadlines (you're good at prioritizing tasks)
- adept at improving processes and enhancing workflows (you’re a keen observer and problem solver)
- innovative with data and agile in the changing landscape
