As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of end-to-end client lifecycle and operational excellence through our OnePass initiative.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team as a Business Analyst. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders and producers to define and validate business cases for OnePass deliverables. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing in-depth understanding and documenting current business processes, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.

You will act as the voice of business interests within cross-functional teams, facilitating discussions and aligning requirements with key users and senior stakeholders. Additionally, you will collect, clean, and analyze data to support strategic decisions and product iterations.

Your responsibilities will also include supporting the development of rollout plans and defining OKRs to measure post-implementation success. Furthermore, you will prepare detailed business requirements, test plans, and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure quality delivery.

Requirements
  • A strong understanding of COO functions, risk and control frameworks, and digital transformation principles.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate across levels.
  • Proactive problem-solver and collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic environments; skillfully balancing shifting priorities while staying focused & adaptable.

Your Expertise
  • Ideally 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or operational change, preferably in financial services or wealth management.
