Job Description: Clinic Operations and Sales Intern

Position Overview:
Embark on a rewarding internship journey with AiTreat Robotics as an Operations and Sales Intern. This role is designed for enthusiastic polytechnic or university students seeking hands-on experience in the healthcare sector. As an intern, you will collaborate closely with our robotic clinics' teams and R&D department, gaining valuable insights into clinic operations, customer engagement, and basic robotics knowledge. This internship presents a unique opportunity to contribute to our clinic's success while developing essential skills for your future career.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement and Sales Support:

- Assist in welcoming and engaging clinic visitors, providing information about membership packages and benefits.

2. Operational Assistance:

- Participate in clinic operations, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Gain hands-on experience in using the clinic management system to handle various operational tasks.

3. Robot Operation and Maintenance Exposure:

- Receive training on the basic operation of our robotic systems used in clinics.
- Learn simple maintenance tasks for the robotic systems, ensuring their optimal functionality.

4. Collaboration with R&D Team:

- Work closely with our R&D professionals to understand the technology behind our robotic systems.
- Gain insights into the development and innovation process within the robotics field.

5. Team Interaction and Support:

- Collaborate with clinic teams to support their daily tasks and contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Assist in creating a welcoming environment for visitors by ensuring cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as business, healthcare, engineering, or technology.
- Interest in robotics, healthcare operations, and customer engagement.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Eager to learn and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Internship Details:

- Duration: 1 to 6 months
- Work Schedule: Flexible
- Compensation: SGD 1000 to SGD 1500 per month

- AiTreat Robotics Headquarters: 160 Robinson Road, #03-16, SBF Medical Suites, Singapore 068914
- Clinic Locations: As needed for training and support
