**About this role**:
Based in Singapore and reporting into the Director of Global Communications, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Klook's communications strategy. Collaborating closely with our marketing, supply, and local market teams, you'll develop and execute PR plans that drive our business goals and enhance the reputation of the Klook brand. You'll leverage your strong understanding of the regional media landscape to build relationships with key media contacts for Klook. Experience with managing crises and issues is advantageous.

About Global Communications
The Global Communications team plays a vital role in crafting, telling and amplifying the Klook story across the world. The team is responsible in promoting the brand and managing its reputation across a variety of stakeholders, strengthening Klook’s position as Asia's leading travel and experiences platform.
**What you’ll do**:
Develop and execute communications strategies to position Klook as Asia's leading travel and experiences platform.
Foster collaborative relationships across teams and functions to effectively convey our brand and corporate narrative to external audiences.
Take charge of telling our Klook story, from thought-leadership initiatives to impactful corporate announcements and engaging consumer-lifestyle stories, particularly through key regional media channels.
Identify, secure, and prepare spokespersons for speaking opportunities at conferences and industry events.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets in the business, travel, and technology sectors.
Drive content development, including media materials, to support campaigns and educate stakeholders
Drive our issues and crisis management protocol internally, manage incidents and issues, employing proactive measures and responsive action
Organize and supervise media engagements, speaking opportunities, media training, and press office functions.
Utilize data to evaluate PR results, measure impact, and inform strategy.
Effectively manage the PR agency, aligning activities with budgetary and business requirements.
**What you’ll need**:
6-8 years of experience in PR, media relations, and crisis/issues management, either in an agency or in-house.
Strong ownership mindset, taking responsibility for results.
Proven ability to strategize and execute, driven by challenging work.
Strong stakeholder management skills and business acumen.
Demonstrated proficiency in an integrated approach to PR, including content, social media, influencers, and media partnerships.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently with colleagues spread across the world
Experience working in startup or dynamic tech environments is preferred.
