Billing Transformation Trainer

Gain knowledge of the BT system through participation in UAT and various change management activities like change impact analysis, functional walk-through etc.
- Gain good understanding of the various persona, the roles they play and their use of the BT system. This is so as to fine-tune and contextualise the training material developed by vendor, where necessary
- Attend train-the-trainer sessions by vendor and be ready to conduct train-the-trainer and end user trainings independent of vendor
- Work closely with and guide training admin and IT team in preparing venue and setting up IT environment
- Assist with building and testing of training environment, and provide support and troubleshoot issues that arise in the training environment
- Design, develop and maintain instructional materials (such as presentations), online learning material, etc.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer training and end-user-training where necessary
- Partner go-live institution based trainers to conduct end user training, meeting the timeline to complete end-user training for go-live
- Incorporate feedback from others into existing training and training administration procedures
- Prepare training lessons, printing materials, and setting up the training room and environment prior to the training session
- Present information verbally and in writing in a clear and easy to understand manner
- Follow up with trainees outside of the classroom to offer additional support
- Serve as an expert educator to internal staff
- Develop content for performance support and continuous learning for staff.
- Generate strong super user engagement during and after go-live
- Develop training environment strategy, which includes coordinating training environments, refreshing schedules, and developing playground and practice environments
- In addition to pre-implementation training, to also provide training for future enhancements
- Communicate with project leadership about training milestones, policies, and decisions
- Create an efficient schedule for classroom and online training, for common and institution-specific training, incorporated as part of overall integrated project plan
- Assess risks and issues associated with the training program
- Any other roles and tasks deemed necessary by the BT PMO and change champions
**Requirements**:
- Degree
- Must have experience in SAP
- Comfortable with training end users and coming up with training plans; experienced individuals will be advantageous
