Train-the-Trainer Deck Development Expert

We are seeking a seasoned trainer to develop and implement Train-the-Trainer (TTT) materials for our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and delivering TTT sessions that are engaging, effective, and aligned with adult learning principles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing existing training decks, understanding their learning goals, audience, and structure, and then transforming the content into a TTT version. They will ensure that the TTT version supports trainers in delivering consistent, engaging, and well-structured sessions.

This is a contract role, suitable for a mid-senior level professional with a strong track record of developing TTT materials. If you have a proven ability to structure and simplify complex content for effective trainer delivery, and possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail, we would like to hear from you.

About the Role
  • Develop and deliver TTT sessions that meet the needs of our trainers and learners
  • Review existing training decks and transform the content into a TTT version
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on tone, content delivery, and regional considerations
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a trainer or L&D professional with a track record of developing TTT materials
  • Strong understanding of facilitation techniques, adult learning principles, and learner engagement strategies
  • Experience working on training programs in healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, life sciences, or clinical engagement is an advantage
  • Ability to structure and simplify complex content for effective trainer delivery
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint or equivalent presentation tools
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
