He or she will incharge of managing overall customer service excellence, developing and reviewing process review and innovation frameworks and implementing customer service process review initiatives.
- Must be able to station oversea over a long peroid of time.
- Assist our partnering school to run the daily needs such as recuitment of teachers and student.
- Will need to liase with the local to setup new school.
- Drive customer (STUDENT) attraction and retention strategy.
- Engage in targeted conversations with parents that steer Children to solutions that address their needs.
- Evaluate operational policies, standards and procedures.
- Manage teams in the workplace.
- Optimise use of allocated resources within business activities.
- Review better ways to approach problems through synthesizing and recognizing the problem information.
