You will conduct Learning Needs Analysis with departments to identify learning needs and deploy approved learning plans. You will also be responsible for the following:

- Forecast training budget and maximize external funding for scholarships and sponsorships
- Process payments, monitor, review the usage of training budget and submit claims for external sources of funding
- Manage scholarship and educational sponsorships for SGH sponsored students and staff
- Compile and compute the required statistics and reporting of scholars' progress
- Conduct sponsorship interviews with Nursing/Allied Health partners and intervention sessions with sponsored students and staff (whenever applicable)
- Engage and participate in outreach programmes to build pipeline for future manpower needs
- Participate in hospital/ division/ department initiatives and projects

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor degree or equivalent. Preferably related to disciplines of training, business or behavioural sciences
- Relevant experience of at least 2 years of experience in HRD/HRM
- Applicants with SAP knowledge will have an advantage
- Team player, meticulous, self-driven and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
