My Client, a well-known European Medical Healthcare Company is looking out for a Digital Innovation Manager to support them in their business in the region.
The requirements and skills possessed by the incumbent are as such:
**Major Duties**
- For his / her part of the digital transformation responsibility, fosters innovative ideas as well as best practices sharing across the entire region.
- In close collaboration with the department head, performs budget management on assigned projects.
- Pro-actively searches for opportunities to foster further digital innovation & transformation as appropriate within the business teams and entire company / business unit.
- Scans the currently fast developing digital environment and advises the organization accordingly, in collaboration with the Head of Digital Innovation in region and the local and global digital team.
- Participates in the region’s digital innovation team, and supports the development of the regional digitalization strategy, in line with the global strategy and local market evolving needs.
- Executes, as part of the team, the digital innovation & transformation strategy for the region, using project management and change management methods in close collaboration with the global team, the local teams as well as related functions.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Master degree in business, marketing or digital communication
- Proof of ongoing education on digital transformation
- 2 years minimum in digital role
- Experience in pharmaceutical / medical devices / FMCG is preferred
- Knowledge of social networks, SEO and IT savy
