Reporting into the APAC Head of Talent Acquisition, the successful applicant will lead and manage the talent acquisition team across 6 countries in South East Asia, with iro., of 1000 open roles at any one time.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, HR Business Partners, and the Regional Talent Acquisition team to deliver on the requirements AND elevate the TA teams ways of working, Playing an important part of Asia Pacific Regional Talent Acquisition leadership team, you will build and shape the TA function for South East Asia, embedding consistent processes and practices, driving technology adoption and automation practises whilst ensuring continued success against key performance indicators and delivery against challenging growth targets.
**What this job involves**:
**Leading from the front**
This is a very diverse yet hands on role that comes with great responsibility. You’ll support the recruitment and development of a team of Talent Acquisition team acting as a role model, inspiring, coaching and giving constructive feedback on a formal and informal basis.
**Collaboration**
You’ll work closely with the wider Talent Acquisition community to ensure successful delivery of talent through multi-channel sourcing models. In addition, you will communicate regularly with business line leaders to clearly understand requirements and expectations of the diverse positions. As an important member of the TA Leadership Team, you’ll play an active role in shaping the future of the Talent Acquisition team in APAC.

This role sits within a highly dynamic part of the business. It’s a fast-paced environment and you’ll need to be fast paced as well. You’ll need a positive mind set, a ‘can do’ attitude and be comfortable working in environment where there can be ambiguity. **Experienced**
Not a job for the faint hearted, you will need at least 10 years’ experience within talent acquisition industry. You’ll understand the different stages of the Talent Acquisition process and be comfortable working on mandates across all levels. Team leadership is second nature and ideally you will be familiar in managing teams across multiple locations and working within a much larger regional team. This role is across all our business lines, prior experience of the Real Estate industry and understanding of the JLL business would be advantageous, but not essential
