Talent Development and Management Lead
In this position, the incumbent will be overall responsible for designing, developing, implementing, coordinating, and presenting training and development programs and interventions for our team members. This position assesses Genashtim-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for our team members, aligned to performance management and organizational bench strengthening. He or she will leverage and utilize any new existing training tools and other training methodologies to best deploy training initiatives, including the designing, implementation, and deployment of different sets of curricula based on team member levels.
Specifically, the position:
- Actively searches, creatively design, and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance, and recognize performance.
- Administer training initiatives or activities and/or enhance these further based on business requirements (onboarding program, foundation course building assessment, performance management, Learning Management System) core competency, leadership assessment, and succession planning.
- Design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results.
- Research and assist in the development of PM training programs that focus on enabling the workforce to achieve improvements with priority organizational concerns.
- Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
- Works closely with the Learning Management System group and content developers to develop content, effective delivery methodology, post
- assessment techniques to ensure continuous improvement on existing training programs and implement new ones.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and continuously evolve learning effectiveness methodologies to various forms of remote deployment, including post
- training effectiveness measurements and deployment effectiveness.
In this position, the include should possess:
- 6 years of exposure on training and development or a similar role with experience in designing training programs and workshops
- Strong understanding of the full training cycle with full knowledge on various training and teaching needs and understanding of any learning management software
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Familiar and adept on new trends of training deployment and engagement methodologies that can operate on a remote working environment (e.g., learning gamification, metaverse integration)
- Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills, in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and counselling skills
- Superior presentation and critical thinking skills

**Other Information for this Opportunity**:
For this position to be able to work 100% remotely, mandatory PC specifications must be adhered to. Genashtim may require you to submit proof of specifications and Genashtim reserves the right to conduct audit prior onboarding.
a) Having a wired internet that is either DSL Broadband or Fiber, with connection speed of at least five (5) mbps download, three (3) mbps upload, with a ping of not exceeding 20ms.
b) A PC processor comparable to Intel® Core i5 or higher (9th Gen or higher)/Ryzen 5 or higher, 8GB of RAM or more, 500GB SSD/HDD or higher.
c) Windows® 11 Pro/Home 64bit operating system; Mac OS Big Sur or higher
d) Data enabled smartphone with Android 5 or above/iOS 9 or above, ability to install WhatsApp, Slack, GSuite, Skype, MS Teams, and/ or any other agreed and similar Apps used for instant messaging for ease in communication,
e) PWD’s assistive app should be initially licensed before the on-boarding process as we don’t provide a license for them. Alternatively, we can assist them with switching to an open-source app like NVDA and Windows built in Assistive apps like Narrator, Magnifier, and Speech to text.
f) Your PC will also undergo the dual boot process wherein we will set up a dual operating system boot in your laptop/PC to preserve work data integrity and security. One operating system boot will be for personal use and the other operating system boot will be exclusively for work purposes with all necessary work-related software and security protocols installed.
