Material Handling Coordinator

The Operations team partners closely with ResMed’s five business leaders to understand their needs then providing a variety of products and services to help them meet those needs including Customer and Technical Services, Global Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, manufacturing, logistics and distribution. Focused on enabling new product introduction and operating excellence, our team strives to improve time to market for new products and services, improve efficiencies in our cross-functional processes, and improve our supply chain through digitization and automation to increase value add to our customers.
To co-ordinate and manage all the receiving / dispatching activities, along with good inventory management in the stores.
Let's talk about Responsibilities
- Perform basic material receiving and finished goods shipping functions.
- Liaise with 3PL provider to ensure all material movements are in accordance to plan and inventories are accounted for.
- Ensure accurate store inventory and uphold good housekeeping.
- Attend to slow moving, obsolete, scrap and stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure all requests are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Let's talk about Qualifications and Experience
- Ability to use Pallet Jack.
- Working within space constrains to maximise pallet space.
- Adhering to WSH requirement while performing duties.
Required
- GCE ‘O'/'N' level with 3 years' experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
Preferred
- Knowledge in using RFID Scanner and WMS system (Oracle).
