In your new role you will:

- Manage regional teams of technical experts at several Backend sites (Singapore, Melaka)
- Play a significant role in **factory automation roadmap strategy definition **, **solution **design planning **and **sustaining**:

- Be a core team member of the **Factory Integration (FI) / Material Handling Automation (MHA) **team with direct contribution to all strategic MHA decisions
- **Collaborate with intercultural teams **from other worldwide Infineon sites and local production users
- **Act as business analyst **to transfer business requirements into FI specifications as foundation of solution development
- **Conduct analysis and alignment **on new requirements for **Material Transport **and **Storage solutions **including coordination and support during the implementation phase of **Digitalization 4.0**:

- Driving incident investigations and problem solutions
- Run, coordinate and **manage project activities **on site, regionally and globally**:

- Use **Big Data **and **Digitalization **for data visualization, analysis, optimization and automated decisions in the area of material handling
- **Provide 24x7 support **for manufacturing solutions

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering /Electronic Engineering Technology
- **Min 5 years **experience in the area of **factory integration **and **material handling automation **, and **3-5 years **experience in **managing of international / intercultural teams**:

- **2-3 years **background in **object oriented software development **(C#)
- Basic knowledge in **semiconductor manufacturing processes**:

- Excellent skills in engineering analysis, problem solving andsolution finding (e.g. familiar with **Tableau **, **Kibana **and **BigData **)
- **Analytical approach **to **problem solving **and capable to make decisions in critical situations
- Knowledge to implement **Industry 4.0 concepts **and able to use **Big Data Analysis **to improve productivity
- Willingness to **join on-call duty **and ability to **travel to different Infineon production sites**
