The Cyber Digital Solution Engineer is a dynamic role designed to groom professionals with SOC operations experience into experts in telco cyber solutions and digital platform integration. Under the mentorship and guidance of senior Digital Solution Architects, Cyber Telco Solution Architects (CTSA) or Cyber Security Architects (CSA), this role provides a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise in cybersecurity presales with hands-on experience in workflow automation and digital programming.

**Make an Impact by**
- Cyber Solution Presales Support
- Work alongside senior Digital Solution/CTSA/CSA mentors to support presales activities, aligning telco cyber solutions with client requirements.
- Assist in preparing and delivering client presentations and demonstrations of telco cyber solutions, including example : Managed SASE, DDoS, and ZTNA and Singtel digital platform.
- Participate in proof-of-value (POV) projects, learning to design and validate use cases for cybersecurity solutions.
- Digital Workflow and Platform Development
- Collaborate with mentors to design and optimize workflows that enhance cybersecurity operations, particularly in cyber and digital platform POV validation environments.
- Support the development and integration of digital platform capabilities to streamline incident response and monitoring.
- Build queries and create dashboard and analysis based on data such as SIEM logs, incident.
- SOC Operations and Optimization
- Learn to identify and implement opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements within SOC workflows.
- Technical and Strategic Integration
- Support the seamless integration of telco cyber solutions with digital transformation strategies, aligning with organizational goals.
- Gain experience in coordinating between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
- Perform REST API integration review and software testing for network / cyber security technology such as SASE, firewall manager.
- Learning and Development
- Actively engage in mentorship sessions with senior Digital Solution/CTSA/CSA to deepen understanding of telco cyber solutions with digital platform with workflow and presales methodologies.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to build expertise in programming, workflow automation, and cybersecurity tools.
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Building
- Shadow mentors during client consultations, gaining insights into effective communication and problem-solving strategies.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations for client engagements.

**Skills for Success**
- Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in SOC operations, including monitoring and incident response.
- Exposure to telco cyber solutions such as SDWAN, ZTNA, or Managed SASE is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of workflow automation and programming concepts (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in cybersecurity and digital innovation.
- Willingness to learn and grow under the mentorship of senior architects.
- Basic proficiency in programming languages and cybersecurity tools.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks.
