**Customer Service Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling of walk-in, phone calls as well as schedule customers’ appointments and registration
- Attend to customers’ inquiries, feedback and complaints
- Basic cashiering duties including generating of invoices, billing and receipting
- Maintain filing system and other administrative duties

**Requirements**:

- Min. Diploma and above
- Able to handle Chinese speaking patients
- High standards of customer care, honesty and integrity
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Cheerful and energetic. Passion in customer service
- 4 working days a week. Willing to work on weekends. Off on Public Holidays
