**Responsibilities**:
**Demonstrating Excellent Customer Service Standards**:
- Lead by example, ensuring every member feels welcomed and valued through exceptional service and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
**Communicating with Members and Handling Inquiries/Complaints**:
- Build strong connections within our community by addressing member inquiries and resolving any concerns with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
**Overseeing Check-In and Check-Out Processes**:
- Ensure a seamless member experience by efficiently managing check-ins and check-outs, making each visit smooth and enjoyable.
**Scheduling**:
- Manage and coordinate staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during all studio hours, keeping operations running smoothly.
**Multi-Tasking with Customer Service & Sales**:
- Balance your role by engaging with members while actively driving sales, helping the studio meet its goals.
**Meeting Individual and Studio Sales Targets**:
- Motivate your team to help members achieve their fitness goals while contributing to the studio’s overall success.
**Maintaining Studio Cleanliness**:
- Oversee the maintenance and cleaning of studio assets, ensuring a clean, inviting atmosphere for everyone.
**Stock Counts and Inventory Management**:
- Keep our studio well-supplied by conducting regular stock counts of consumables, assets, and merchandise, ensuring everything is in order.
**Additional Tasks**:

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,800.00 per month
