Job Title: SAP IT PMO

Position Summary: The SAP IT PMO (Project Management Office) oversees and coordinates SAP-related projects within the organization. Reporting to the head of IT PMO, this role ensures alignment with SAP project standards and supports project managers in achieving project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Collaborate with project managers to ensure adherence to SAP project methodologies and standards.**:

- **Min of 2 years project coordinator experience in IT software industry, understand the project event setup, like Blueprint workshop, UAT & training.**:

- **Manage SAP project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.**:

- Coordinate SAP project governance meetings and facilitate decision-making processes.
- Monitor SAP project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate as necessary.
- **Support SAP project financial management, including budget tracking and variance analysis.**:

- Coordinate SAP project resource allocation and ensure resource availability for project tasks.
- **Contribute to SAP project quality assurance processes, including testing and validation activities.**:

- **Provide SAP project communication and updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership.**
- **Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.**:

- **5-10 years of experience in SAP project management or SAP PMO roles.**:

- **Strong understanding of SAP project lifecycle and methodologies**:

- **Experience with SAP project governance, documentation, and reporting.**:

- **Proficiency in SAP systems, including SAP ERP, SAP S/ 4HANA, or related modules.**:

- **Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.**:

- **SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Associate Project Manager) preferred.**:

- **Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.**:

- **Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) status is mandatory.**
