Job Responsibilities
Support day to day processing for financial end to end processing of key financial related artefacts such as updating of Finance Trackers, raising of eMemo, process monthly invoicing and annual renewals of contracts including completion of Purchase Requisitions in SAP system.
Support in Fixed Assets Management (Laptops/ Desktops, Monitors, etc.)
Assist in budget exercise.
To perform day-to-day operations support for Financial Management under instruction from the Financial Lead.
Take Minutes for Contract Governance Meetings.
Other ad-hoc administrative tasks
Qualifications and Skills Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance/ Business Management or related field.
At least 2-3 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.
Experienced as a PMO Support in Bank Projects will be a plus.
Have working experience in SAP system (PEMS).
Strong Attention to details
Excellent internal communications, written and verbal communication skills.
