**Key roles and responsibilities**:

- Analyse the client’s QA compliance system and review for continual improvement Conduct in-depth study of client’s QA compliance system to understand the underlying issue and provide streamlining solutions
- Work closely with Key Staff / Heads of Department to understand the different functions within the client’s company
- Carry out Internal Process Review, Audits and Assessments on Client’s QA Systems (ERF and EduTrust CertiScations) Undertake consulting projects with regards to areas including planning, implementing, assessing and improving of client’s processes
- Conduct training for clients
- Explore avenues for organizational growth and expansion
- Any other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned

**Do you possess the following traits? If so, we want you**
- At least 3 years of consulting experience in private education industry with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in CPE Private Education Regulations / Edutrust Certification Scheme would be a bonus
- Excellent skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Versatile team player, with strong self-discipline and project management skills
- Large capacity for learning and embracing challenges
- Meticulous and keen eye for detail
- Able to work independently with mínimal guidance and able to handle parallel projects
- Highly process driven and able to deliver work with timeliness and quality
- Adventurous, and enjoy working in a fast, dynamic environment
