**Job Details**:
Our client is a renowned leader in the food ingredients industry. With a global presence and a reputation for innovation and quality, they are at the forefront of shaping the future of food. They are currently seeking a QA expert to join their team in Singapore. Reporting to the Director, the QA Manager will play a pivotal role in upholding and enhancing the company’s quality assurance standards in Singapore. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of QA operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement QA policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with regulatory standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead investigations into quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure quality throughout the supply chain.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices, implementing updates and improvements as needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.- 6-12 years of experience in quality assurance roles within the food Ingredients / flavors sector along a with a strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
- Proven Experience in leading a team
- Proven track record of leading QA initiatives and driving process improvements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
