QA role

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. To establish Quality Management System for the company’s business and operations in Singapore, with reference from existing practices in another site.

2. Represent QA in Tech Transfer and Projects in areas such as Manufacturing, Process Development and Business Administration.

3. To pursue the most efficient (quality) output and implement continuous improvement practices in partnership with all Functions.

4. Ensures all deviations are appropriately investigated and recorded, direct investigations and complete the appropriate documentation.

6. To conduct and supervise Internal and Supplier audits including supplier qualifications and supplier quality performance.

7. Subjected to work experience and seniority, to lead and supervise a team of QA professionals to perform operations as described above.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Sound experience in the GMP regulated industry in QA or Operations role.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.

3. Working understanding of Operations, QC, QA, Process Development, Supply Chain and related functions.

4. Knowledge of biotech Manufacturing Processes and Analytical Methods.

5. Ability to oversee initiatives to identify non-compliance from quality standards.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.

2. Strong technical writing abilities with experience in writing SOPs or any other similar technical documents and with a good working knowledge of GMP.

3. Experience in cell immunology is an added advantage.
