**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Examine and suggest optimizations to current QA practices through new technologies and processes.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, business analysts and product owners and other team members to determine appropriate acceptance criteria for the projects
- Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
- Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).

.Overseeing both software maual testing and software automation testing teams.

.Cross-functional to ensure our software products meet the quality standards and excetional supports provides to regional clients.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 8 or more years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years leading a team
- Demonstrated experience of the various facets of the software QA lifecycle.
- Enjoy collaborating across teams and work well in a cross-functional environment.
- Thrive working in a fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge on automated system testing tools for functional and regression tests like Selenium, Postman is highly desirable.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development processpreferred.
- Ability to self-direct
- Demonstrate strong collaboration skills and team-oriented motivation
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently and with a team
- Good communication skills both oral and written
